- Punctuality: Users are required to be punctual for workshops. A maximum delay of ten (10) minutes is tolerated. The Partner reserves the right to refuse User participation in the workshop in case of excessive tardiness. In such cases, neither the Partner nor Questroo can be held responsible, and the User cannot request a refund or compensation.
6.2. Conduct during Workshops
During a workshop, Users are expected to maintain a respectful attitude toward the Partner and other participants.
6.3. Safety and Hygiene Guidelines
Users must adhere to all safety and hygiene measures stipulated by the Partner and make an effort to follow the necessary directives for the smooth conduct of the workshop. This includes the obligation to inform the Partner of any health issues (related to the parent or baby) that could jeopardize the proper conduct of the workshop. Failure to comply with these safety obligations authorizes the Partner to exclude the User from the workshop. In such cases, the User will not be able to request a refund or compensation for any reason. Additionally, Questroo is not responsible for any damages resulting from the User's failure to meet their safety obligation.
6.4. Responsibility Disclaimer
It is emphasized that Users and Partners act under their sole and full responsibility. The Company provides an intermediary service and does not control the quality, accuracy, or inherent risks associated with the offered workshops. Therefore, any disruptions during the workshop cannot result in any liability attributed to the Company, regardless of the grounds.
